Carl spent over 20 years in southeast Alaska as the owner/operator of the fishing vessel, Unimak. He served on the Council for the City of Pelican and was involved in many community service projects during his tenure. Since moving back to Washington, he has worked as an independent contractor in his own home remodeling business. He has also worked in the building trades as a retail representative and in home improvement sales. Growing up in the Puget Sound area helps Carl understand how business operates in Western Washington. Carl brings his years of owning his own business, strong work ethic, sales background, and a desire to match qualified buyers to good businesses to Sharp Commercial. |

As part of the Sharp Commercial Team, Mindy brings with her 11 years of Project Management experience in the Telecommunications industry. Her role as Office Manager with us allows her to utilize her many talents to assist agents, broker, and most of all our clients and customers. Assisting in the process of taking a business through the process of sale and acquisition, Mindy coordinates with all the parties to the transaction. As a business owner herself she better understands the day to day operations and the complexities of being in business. A native of the Puget Sound area Mindy's professional background makes her a real asset to Sharp Commercial.
